Gregory D Rivers
Greg has over 25 years of middle market technology M&A experience, completing over $8 billion in transactions value for Systems, Semiconductor, Fintech, Cloud/SAS, eCommerce and IP companies. Before founding Steelhead Advisors, Greg was a Managing Director in Technology Banking for JMP Securities and responsible for the Semiconductors and Systems Banking Group.
Previous to that, Greg was with Robertson Stephens where he headed the Global Semiconductor M&A practice and established the Exclusive Sales M&A Group, which focused on private company and corporate divestitures across all technology sectors. Greg began his career at Price Waterhouse and was a Managing Director in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities Silicon Valley Technology practice.
Greg earned his Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and his Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.

Thought this program, we work with CEOs on developing strong communication and negotiation skills and tactics that can be used to effectively push the corporate agenda with large customers, channel partners and potential strategic acquirers.
